This is a sign I made for in request of my wife. She wanted a Lord of the rings sign that said Speak friend and enter for our home. I used a cheap walnut board I had gotten from my local wood shop. I cut it in half and glued it. Then I used my 60 degree FOOS CNC bit and carved it .2 inches and this is how it came out. She really loved it. I only used 100 percent tung oil to finish it and I think it came out amazing and she loved it!
